The truth is that consumers are taking control of brands and the brand managers don’t own the brands anymore, the consumers own the brand and that democratisation is fundamentally changing the way companies think about communicating. I think now brand managers need to understand that they need to engage in a conversation with their consumers, that’s going to drive their behaviour in communications and create terrific opportunities for public relations.

Haryana government terminates contract with Concept PR
