BARC Week 43: Sony SAB most watched channel in Urban Market
Choti Sardarni of Colors bags the top spot in the top 5 programme list in Urban Market category
The BARC week 43 ratings are out and it shows that there has been reshuffling of channel rankings across categories.
Sony SAB has reached the top in the Urban Market. In week 42, Sony SAB displaced Star Plus from the number 2 spot while Sony Entertainment Television took the first position.
In week 43, Sony SAB has recorded 455395 impressions, SET is on the second spot with 445393 impressions and Star Plus on number 3 with 412642 impressions.
In the top 5 programmes in the same category, a Colors show has taken the top spot after many weeks. Choti Sardarni is on the first spot with 7006 impressions. The other top shows are Kundali Bhagya, Taraak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, and The Kapil Sharma Show. Kaun Banega Crorepati has moved out of the list.
In the rural category, there has been no change in the pecking order.
In the across genre category, while the first three positions have been retained by Dangal, Sun TV and Star Maa, SET slipped to the number 7 position from the fifth position in Week 42.
Zee TV has moved up to the fourth spot, Nick returns to the top 10 tables while Zee Telugu has also made an entry in the top 10.
