Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) has empanelled three creative agencies – Dentsu, Percept’s AMO Communications and Interpublicity – for its corporate business. The empanelment is for a period of two years. The size of the business is estimated in the region of Rs 10 crore.
