HT Media shareholders to meet on January 28 on demerger of radio biz

HT Media Ltd shareholders will meet on January 28 to take forward the demerger of its radio business, under the Fever FM brand, from its subsidiary HT Music and Entertainment (HTME). The company said that the proposal was to write off part of the share capital of the demerged (HTME) company.

Radio One comes to Kolkata; ropes in Rajeev Bhandari, Station Head-North & East

Radio One on December 15 announced its launch in Kolkata, marking its footprint in the seven metros. The Kolkata station will be headed by Rajeev Bhandari, Station Head - North and East. Radio One Kolkata will air Bengali talk and Hindi music.
