Mudra Delhi has been assigned the creative duties for Vimal Pan Masala, the flagship brand from the Lalwani Group, following a multi-agency pitch involving Leo Burnett and Rediffusion Y&R, besides Mudra Delhi. The account size is pegged at over Rs 15 crore. O&M is the incumbent agency.

Adlabs gets Govt nod to demerge radio biz; demerger to help increase FDI inflow

Adlabs Films has got the Government nod to demerge its radio business. Following this, Big FM will be transferred to Reliance Unicom Ltd, post which the company will get listed in the BSE and the NSE. Reliance Unicom will issue shares in the ratio of 1:1. Market analysts have called this a good move that will help take a higher FDI inflow.
