Astro Malaysia picks 50% in Mogae Digital, to invest USD 5 mn in the venture?blur=25

The Astro Group of Malaysia has picked up a 50 per cent stake in Mogae Digital Private Limited (Mogae Digital). It will invest up to USD 5 million in the venture. Mogae Digital is in the process of launching a mobile Social Network Services (SNS) portal, which the company claims would enable even basic mobile phone users to interact with friends, exchange news and views, and gain value from a number of other embedded verticals.

Mobile phone makers moot free handsets for 50 million poor families?blur=25
