Shekhar Sethu has joined Herbalife Ltd. as Managing Director, India. He will be responsible for all business operations. Herbalife is a global marketing company that sells weight-management, nutritional supplements and personal care products Sethu has over 15 years’ experience managing retail and consumer product brands in India and South Asia, with an extensive background in sales, marketing and strategic planning. Prior to Herbalife, Sethu was GM-India and South Asia for Schwarzkopf Professional, part of the Henkel Group. He has also worked with adidas in India for around five years.

SABMiller plc has appointed Jean-Marc Delpon de Vaux as Managing Director of SABMiller India with effect from August 1, 2006. He will take over from Richard Rushton who will assume a position in SABMiller South America. Delpon de Vaux comes in from Unilever, where he held numerous senior marketing and general management positions, including Chairman and CEO of Unilever Pakistan, and most recently, of Lever Faberge, France. SABMiller India is the subcontinent's second largest brewer with a market share of approximately 33%.
