Usage of innovative ad layouts in print recorded a growth of 32 per cent in the first half of 2008 compared to the corresponding period last year. The food and beverages sector had the maximum share – 28 per cent – of the overall innovative ad layouts used in print during this period.

OOH Media has recently wrapped up its three-city interactive ‘share-n-learn’ forum – OOH Share. Held in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore, these forums were attended by a mix of media planning and buying experts from media and OOH agencies. The forums were aimed at disbursing knowledge about OOH TV as a medium.

US Advertising has won the tender for 700 DTC bus queue shelters in the Delhi’s South, Central and West Zones for a period of one year. US Advertisers will be paying the Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) Rs 24 crore for the entire year. Other media owners in the fray included DWM (Delhi Waste Management) and Adwel Advertising.
