HFCL Infotel Ltd, a total telecom solutions provider offering fixed line and broadband services in Punjab, has launched its mobile service, ‘Ping’, for Punjab and Chandigarh. Vyas Giannetti Creative (VGC) has been appointed as the advertising agency for Ping. The size of the account is upwards of Rs 10 crore.

POGO and Cartoon Network Enterprises (CNE), the specialised licensing and merchandising division of Cartoon Network, have devised a unique way to promote a new toy called ‘Buchki’. The toy finds a place in the forthcoming B R Films' 'Bhootnath'. This is not the only Bollywood property that CNE would be working for. CNE has already got into a Licensing and Merchandising (L&M) deal for Harman Baweja's 'Love Story 2050'.

SAB is launching a new show ‘Jersey No. 10’. The show comes in the 9 pm block, and the current 9 pm show ‘Love Story’ will moves to the 10 pm time band. SAB’s Business Head Anuj Kapoor explained that the channel had planned various new shows for the weeks to come.
