The Audit Bureau of Circulation has begun issuing audit certificates for the January-June 2005 period. Mid Day is one of the publications to have received the certificate in the first round– showing nearly 20 per cent growth for the tabloid.

Beefing up its senior management further, MPG has appointed Ruby Bana as National Head of Strategic Planning. Bana joined the agency on August 12, 2005 and is reporting to MPG President, Jeffrey Crasto. With this assignment, Bana returns to media. Her previous notable stint was with Maxus, Bangalore, which ended in December 2004.
