She starts off in a new role as Director - Brand Alliances for Femina, in a position conceived to create win-win situations for brands outside the group to associate themselves with Bennett, Coleman brands. Her last issue as Editor would be the magazine's edition dated April 15, 2005. Amy Fernandes takes over as editor.

Come April, P.S. Sunder, who is currently Zonal Manager-South for Hero Honda, has been made General Manager, Marketing, and will head marketing functions of the two-wheeler major. He replaces Pradeep Saxena, who recently moved to Hyundai Motor India Limited as General Manager, Marketing. He will assume his new responsibility in April and move to Delhi.

The IRS 2005 R1 finding for business publications is a reverse of what was seen in last round (2003 R2). The genre had seen a growth last round from business dailies barring Hindu Business Line, which is the only financial daily to have registered growth in this round. The situation holds true even in case of magazines, where Business World and Outlook Money see an increase.

The Delhi markets and the Delhi & Urban Environs, as segregated in the IRS 2005 R1, throw various firsts for the readership trends here. The Hindustan Times has recorded growth in these markets. The Times of India has shown a fall, even as it claims an increase in the Delhi & Urban Environs market. The overall numbers show a fall in the readership of many publications.
