Further to our News Flash earlier today, Group M in an official communiqué to exchange4media.com has confirmed the formation of a MindShare Fulcrum-like media outfit dedicated to LG Electronics business. The new outfit will be called WPP Team LG and based in Delhi.

LG Electronics’ hunt for a media AoR is over. Sources confirm that the company has finally decided to opt for Group M as its media AoR. Given that LG will be the second largest client in the Group M portfolio, a separate taskforce is likely to be created to service the business. The account size, as per industry estimates, is pegged at Rs 80 crore.
